We’ll review your request and let you know the timeframe (small items can take just 1–2 days, while bigger or bulk orders may take longer).🐇 All orders join the Bunny Queue — started one by one depending on how many are ahead. This way, every piece receives the time and care it deserves.💜 Each category has a starting price. Final cost depends on size, design complexity, and materials — confirmed before you settle your down payment.3. Settle the Down Payment
A 50% down payment is required before we begin your order. This secures your slot and materials.4. We Stitch & Craft with Love

Orders & Payments
♥ A 50% down payment is needed to secure and start.
The remaining balance must be settled upon completion or before delivery.♥ Since each piece is handmade with care by one pair of hands, orders are started in the order they’re received. Your turn may depend on how many orders are currently in queue.♥ For updates on your order, you can view them in the Bunny Queue.♥ Rush orders may be accepted depending on our schedule. A 10–20% rush fee (either a % of the total or a flat rate depending on order size) may apply. We’ll confirm availability and the adjusted timeline before payment.♥ Bulk or custom orders may need more time; we’ll confirm timelines before starting.
Shipping & Delivery
♥ We currently ship within the Philippines. Local delivery within Metro Manila may take 1–3 days, while provincial shipping may take 3–7 days.♥ Shipping fees are shouldered by the buyer unless otherwise stated.♥ Each item is carefully packed in gift-ready packaging (a pastel bag or pouch tied with love) to ensure it arrives safe and sound.♥ For bulk or event orders, we may add a small extra fee if special packaging is requested.
Cancellations & Refunds
♥ Cancellations are accepted only before work begins.♥ Down payments are non-refundable once materials are purchased or stitching has started.♥ Refunds/replacements are considered only for items with clear defects (not for “change of mind”).
Customization
♥ Colors and sizes may vary slightly since each piece is handmade with love.♥ Personalized orders take a little extra time — but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
